LATEST: I am now offering coaching to help you on your personal journey. Please feel free to ask me about it, in confidence and without obligation.

About my consultancy work:

Pragmatic, constructive and open, I am a consultant and leader with the knowledge and ability to facilitate change and improvement across a wide range of non-profit programmes in the UK’s domestic and international development sectors.

I aim to help tackle exclusion, victimisation and environmental degradation. I believe social justice demands being open to radical challenge from voices of lived experience. We all need new ways of understanding.

My experience as a consultant since 2014 includes work with senior executives and boards that has transformed organisations and reached thousands of beneficiaries including child and adult victims of sexual violence, people who use drugs, people in food poverty, refugees and asylum seekers, homeless and insecurely housed people and people living with HIV and AIDS. My career in non-profits stretches back over 25 years to work with Oxfam GB in the 1990s.

I am interested in supporting leaders and organisations to do ambitious and challenging work at local, national and international levels.
